Hope you get your pieces back. IMO you should just wait to get your stuff then complain about them, ask to speak to their manager and let him/her know how appalling their service was. If you get at them now all they'll do is be even slower (if at all possible) Then, let it go and tell others about your experience. That allow will lose them sales. They lost any future sales with me, that's $200+ right there they've lost.
