Here are a few pictures of the Nash Bridges car I that purchased yesterday. This car was the lone Cuda of the four. It was an original 340 and thought to be an original Shaker and rubber bumper car. This was the close up car from the show and the restoration of this car was featured in Mopar Collector's Guide. It was restored by Totally Auto and they really did a good job, but consistent with the then owner's wishes, which are not necessarily consistent with mine, so I am making a few changes. For instance, it had the original pistol grip shifter which was quite worn and I have replaced that with a pistol grip kip from Harm's Automotive - thanks Scott. The turn signal lenses were apparently also original to the car and were beat to you know what - so I have replaced those and will over the next couple of weeks take care of the rest of the issues and clean up the undercarriage. And the blue spark plug wires have to go! I have ordered the correct set from Frank Badalson.

Did Totally Auto just restore the car, or did they restore the car for the TV show. I'm curious because I was always under the understanding that Ultimate Rides in El Paso did all the cars (or at least the second and later cars) for the show. Let me know the dirt on this. Also,

It looks like a nice car and we want to see more.

I thought I had posted all of the pictures the first time, but let me try again. And yes, Totally Auto restored the car, but not for the show. The cars used in the show were all restored by another company and three of them were done in a matter of 3 or 4 days, so they were really quite rough.

Very cool! Thats a nice one there. I've driven apparently one of the 'camera cars' that had to look pretty. Driven it for a hour or so, my oh my does it have a weak/untuned 440 in it, its the one that sold at BJ

Yes, it sold at BJ and was restored at Totally Auto. It now has a Hemi.

Very nice, you're the owner of the most famous 'Cuda in the world, must be awasome. Congrats. When I tell people I own a Barracuda and they are not sure how they look like, I say Nash Bridges drove one, they usually know what car we're talking about.

It is a hugh wooded sign that use to hang at a well know restaurant here in Dallas and it reads "Law Firm Of Dewey Cheatum And Howe".Thanks guys for all the kind words about the Cuda. I took her out tonight and she ran great.Hope to take it to Mopars at Indy. I registered my RTSE, but I'm thinking about seeing if they will let me switch. Thanks again.

I seen it at Carslile. Totally auto is THE BEST resto co out there. I know someone who works there.. everything is painstakingly replaced w/ new or nos parts. If i had the jing and not want to pay for a #'s matching car.. that would be the one. You better drive it.. no trailer queens in this group
