Glad you got it in. I put mine in from the top with the trans already in the car. The TC was in the trans and once in I just bolted the TC to the flex plate. The right side sits really close to the shock tower but there is clearance. If you haven't done the dipstick yet its kind of tricky. If you can get a flexable one it will probably be easier!

70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

Yeah, I'm not sure that plate would work in Maryland.

I forgot I did that to that picture. I sold that 440 on eBay and wanted to hide the plate. I forgot about it til you guys mentioned it... Too funny!

Installed from the top - engine mated to trans. Old school is no problem when you're careful, use a tilt/level harness, with plenty of pads in the right spots.

Darn, The pics look really sweet! I wish I had a HEMI. That thing would be port-fuel injected, running dual 02 sensors, and driving to the Power Tour tomorrow in my Cuda. I would leave the 440 Challenger at home.

Didn't have the stones to do it with trans mounted to engine! But got it together, now just bolting everything together. My Schumacher mounts are a little off, need to be drawn in with tehe help of a large C clamp. Will post some picture is I remember. Thanks for all the help everyone.
