I would but it might omit me out of the "survivor" car status!  :roflsmiley:  :smilielol:  :poopoke:

Most of my parts are original, even the rot!  :faint:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

that's the kind of stuff I'll spend money on after my car is painted.

70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

Everyone else.. the black coating on the rotors is to prevent rusting on the non-contact surfaces and keep them looking nice... the pad surface should wear off with the first use. Yes.. I have to use the green bearings.

Will that work  :dunno: :clueless:

What kind of paint?

Its a good ideal... :2thumbs:

According to Wilwood:
"Every SRP rotor is treated with a black E-coating to reduce corrosion on the areas of the rotor not kept clean by pad contact."

I know.. LOL... I thought long and hard before I posted that! It is in the final assembly spot though.. and the interior is nearly complete... just have to button the drive train up. I am going to trailer it back.. my brother has an enclosed trailer so I think I will use that.

p.s.. still waiting to get a ride in your car!  :poopoke:

Are you going to start it at the shop?  If so, when?

Perhaps when you get it running we can take both cars out for a ride and get some pics like Super Blue says  :2thumbs:

:clueless: Didn't even realize how close you guys were, both in Texas!  I was thinking just a thread posting pics of both of your cars.

Would look very bad azz seeing both your cars cruising around together!  :grinyes:
