This car was made the SAME day as my car, April 15, 1970 at Hamtramck. During that day/week a lot of interesting cars came out of that plant. A lot of T/A's, six packs, and some shaker cars (like mine). SO I wouldn't doubt the fender tag was real. The question is....IS the car itself real? Body and chassis stampings, broadcast sheets, T/A specific items intact, etc. INVESTIGATE. Hire someone to go out and inspect and authenticate the car if you can.
FYI according to the plate, the car is a Burnt Orange FK5 color. He needs to provide you with a copy of the registration/title as well as physical proof. I wouldn't bet on anything overseas being a actual car. You can do a lot with pictures and a fake name/account. Be careful!
Look at the Hamtramck Registry's lineup of cars produced that same week of April 15th, you will see a LOT of T/A's. My car isn't listed but one with the next serial number digit up is!
