Hopefully it isn't as bad as it looks.  I think a new wiring harness, new exhaust manifold (cracked), carb rebuild, and a lot of cleaning/painting, she should be back up and running.....is there anything else that I am not thinking of that should be checked after a fire like that?

And now that baby is good as new... er... good as it was before..... now w/ a yellow flame-job on the hood.
