How to make my photo smaller

Just got done putting my  motor in my car and wanted to share a couple of pics but when I try to attach them to my post it says image to large .Does anyone know how to make my pic smaller. thanks justin

There is a tool on CC.C home page but I just open in MS paint & use the stretch skew tool & enter 50% for each. Then saveas JPEG. type file.
