My car is on the ER table right now, but we take out my dads as much as possible (it seems like I drive it more than he does now)  He said we put around 150-175 miles on the car since he got it out about a month or so ago.  They were made to be driven in my mind and I reemphazie that every time he says he doesn't feel like taking it out.

It has been NASTY hot here in Central New York and we took it out the other day and I stuck to the seat so I figured it was time to put it away for the day.

The Chally got about 1500 miles in the last 8 years and 350 of that was in 2001 when I drove it to Carlisle. I just might have to take it out for a cruise this weekend before the hurricanes start to blow..

Man some of you guys really need to dust off your rides and put some miles on them,no good having them sit in the garage all the time.Try this  :burnout: it`s more fun than looking at them!   :bigshades:

Well, I sit in my Challenger at least every two weeks to make vroom vroom noises.  :screwy:
Total distance travelled in the past year... maybe a couple of feet. Considering that it doesn't have seats or an engine/wheels, I'd say that's pretty good.

I drove my Cuda 1300 miles in 2005. I go to at least 2 cruise nights a month and at least 1 or 2 shows a month. I cant see having it and just letting it sit in the garage. We only live one life so try and have fun.  :burnout:

Ha ha!  That sounds like me!  Start it to keep the battery charged up.  Once in a blue moon I'll drive it around the block.

Car's not registered now as I took a leave of work so i have to watch my nickle and dimes.  Plus it needs a little bit o work...

In my dreams though I drive it for miles.... and it runs flawlessly! :P

I drive mine as a daily driver, originally a 383 4bbl R/T, I put a built 440 6 paack motor and trans in it 9 years ago and have been driving it ever since, except for a few years that I lost my license for exibition of speed, 3 cops had me at over 150 as I flew past them, only thing that saved me from going to jail was my back DR. told the judge I was going in for a fusion in a couple of weeks.  still cost me 2500 in fines and lost my license for 3 years.
Right now it off the road for complete front end rebuild, new sway bars torsion bars and sub frame connectors. If its not ready for Mopars in the Park here in Sacramento I will drive my 69 Charger.

Goody is the man!  "IDK about you guys, but I'm getting ready for the track tonight!"

I had the Cuda out Friday night, and I'll take her for a cruise on the Pacific Coast Highway tonight...

I gotta say, I love reading Goody's posts.  This guy has got the hot-rodder's spirit all right.  No hemi or six-pack needed, Goody kicks butt with the 318, and the car looks way sharp!  And too bad for you if you don't like round taillights, cause that's all you'll see of Goody's Cuda, AND he daily drives it to work.  That is the man right there!

You got it all figured out Goody! My hat's off to ya! :clapping:

 Why thank you. I'm doin what i can with my lil motor in a full weighted b'cuda. I won't be happy until i see about a 13.80, i have the mph to do it, i just need to get my 60' down. so it will likely need a couple things to do that. Traction being one of 'em , and don't you worry, that 318 will pull those numbers lol. I'm ordering a helmet with the shocks because after 13.99 i need one...and i plan on doing a tad better than that

Made a few passes the other night, track just goes to crap after the ricers drag water up to the line :villagers:

Still stuck at 14.3, full weight, 5100ft d/a, spinning 275 radials...We're goin back out to the track on Wednesday, I'm boltin the slicks on and trying a holley d/p carb. Some superstock springs and adj shocks are comin....then i gotta save up for my Converter. It's 106* outside and i have to go to work in a little bit, nothin like black vinyl and no a/c. I never want to hear it's too hot to drive your mopar.   :grinyes:
