"All American Racer" magazine....any info ???

unfortunately, I have never trashed a magazine(I have thousands)....I was doing a little research tonight and discovered a big stack of "All American Racer" magazines.....I have these from somewhere in 1981 to 1986....they were very informative, E-Bodys and lots of Trans Am info....I also found some "SIAC" magazines....they are along the same line as the "AAR" mags.....anyone know when these mags started and ended.....very nice quality for 20-25 years ago

They were the club newsletter for SIAC - Special Interest Auto Club. They started up around 1979 or so. I have been slowly but surely trying to get a complete set. I am not certain when the 1st and last issues were.

....I'll look at these again and see if I have any duplicates in the bunch....an old MOPAR friend gave these to me a few years ago.....I have seen very few of them thru the years...

When it first started in 1979 it was just a few page newsletter.  I'd like to find out when the first issue came out because I joined shortly after they started the club and I may have got the first issue.
If I was ambitious I would dig all my issues out and sort them.  Too bad I am not ambitious!
After SIAC supernova'ed Jeff Johnson sort of carried on the magazine with Mopar features expanded to beyond just e-bodies, which was called Classic Chrysler Quarterly.  I subscribed to that for a few years but let it drop.  Anyone know when that one ceased publication?

The earliest one I have is October - November 1979, it was the first issue. The latest one I have is March - April 1986.

I have a few of them stashed away in boxes too. I joined in the early 80's (81-2) and was in it when it just sort of fizzeled out. I'd like to find one of them SIAC window stickers...I still see an AAR I sold back in the early 90's and it still has the SIAC window sticker i put on it in 1989.

I bought the first issue of Classic Chrysler Quarterly, then subscribed from the second Summer 1987 through Winter 1991 issues. I found a few at the Carlisle show last year...only time i've seen any other than what i received by subscription. The "Number 12 Volume 1" issue is simply dated 1998 inside the front cover. Always black and white but man what valuable information
