ECU Mounting

I've read somewhere on the forum but can't find the link that shows where everyone mounted their ECU or control box. I have the MSD unit and wondered where everyone has installed theirs. Pictures would be great. Just trying to get some ideas, I have a few ideas of my own but don't want to rule anything out.

Thanks Carl, that works well and looks good too but mine is a little big for that spot, maybe the B body is different but I don't have the room right there. Here are some pictures of where I was considering, any other suggestions will be appreciated.

I don't have a pic handy, but I mounted mine between the emergency brake pedal and the brake/clutch pedal under the dash. Had to make a bracket and drill a hole or 2 but it's out of the heat and out of the way.

From memory, someone mounted one under the passenger's side dash to keep it hidden, and I believe someone else mounted it under the battery tray.

I have mounted them on the firewall l ike NZ , I have also used the 73-74 mount bracket & I have mounted them in the interior of the car & under the battery tray as well depending what look the customer is after

Under the battery sounds good and also interior mounted for less engine bay items.

I have my MSD 6AL under the battertray on my eBody.

very unobtrusive 



I made some stiff brackets  so that it used existing bolt holes and then hangs the unit properly. (waterresistance and heat dissappation per instructions of MSD)
