I hate to see those cars beaten up but in 1982 no one knew the future value.
Last year I saw the Dukesfest and they wrecked quite a few Chargers. That was just wrong  :villagers:
I wrote a letter to the people who put on that show complaining about wrecking all of those chargers, I think they wrecked 22 or 23. In responce I was told the cars were in too bad of shape to do anything otherwise. :clueless:
I didn't understand that as they were able to get the 70+ mph to launch them and if they were so bad shape it looks like they would have broken apart when they hit the ramp.  :dunno:

 :(  Very sad what happens to some of these cars.  That many fewer left around to admire.....

The last pic looks like a Charger hatchback!
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

I liked shows about cars way back when, but i never liked crashin them up like that. :nono: :swear: Wreck a nice classic like them. ..................I need a beer...or two..........Or ........... :drunk:
