Photos of Lucy 20+ Years Ago!!!
« on: June 05, 2006 - 07:57:07 AM »

A Mopar friend of mine emailed me about the registry I am making and he attached some photos.
He said, "Carl, I found 2 photos of your Challenger (I think) in the mid-1980's at the Palmy Swap-meet".
Palmy is about 1-1/2 hours drive from me and is a car show and swapmeet.
It's only two photos and the quality is bad, but man what a buzz to see your car some 20+ years ago.  :bananasmi
He said he may have some more photos in storage somewhere so he'll shoot them my way if he finds them.
She looks in good condition too, nice and solid and with the "famous" rear wing.  :eek4:
But that's my girl alright. (License plate blocked, but trust me it's mine)

This made my week!!   :woohoo: :woo:  :clapping:

Cheers,
Carl

Any old car pics are cool but even better when it`s yours.I`m sure you`ve added those to your before section of the car pics album.

That is weird, it's pretty cool to see her that long ago. She sure does look better now since you've found her and gave her a new loving home.

Thats cool NZ!  I bet your were like a kid at christmas!  I would be.  The wing was definately the proof of it being yours.  Didn't need a licence plate.  :ylsuper:
