Picked up an R/T Challenger last night....sort of...
« on: June 11, 2006 - 06:43:41 AM »
Ok, so its not a real one, but I picked this up at wally world last night.  This particular one has been there for at least 3 months and nobody wanted it I guess.  :screwy: I looked at it every time I went in.  Well last night I said forget it, its MINE!  :naughty:

tooooo cool - don't feel guilty about such things; my son had built me a shadow box with everything detailed to look like my car in my garage EXCEPT, he placed a pink Cuda in there. Its on my LONG list of things to do but I also went to Wally world and found a plum crazy car to replace it with!

Yes - the pink one is the one I have in my shadowbox right now. You think you are hooked? Have you checked out this guys stuff? You send him pics of your car and he models a replica in diecast. Pretty slick.

Well, picked up a couple more.  Had to dig for this post, but didn't want to start another thread.  Right now, this is the only Mopars in my price range!  :roflsmiley:

:iagree: Tell me about it!  :banghead:  These are affordable, but because of that it's easy to get a bunch and then spend a bunch without realizing it!  :faint:

I have the blue '70 Challenger and the Pink Cuda.  The blue one with the Cragars always reminds me of Rev's car.

The pink one I have is a "White Lightning" special.  It has white rims and interior.  You see them every so often.  Sometimes will come will white rubber tires or a white chassis.  I liked the look of the regualr Cuda but the White lightning was different.

I got mine at Wal-Mart and Toys R Us.

Target used to sell them, not sure if they still do.

About $12-13.
