I love the 72 stripe, it is my favorite Cuda stripe.  I like the way it accentuates the body lines of the Cuda.  You do know if you uise the 72 stripe many people will have "something to say" when you take her out, but hey, it's just a stripe that can be removed if you change your mind someday.  Ask MEK how easy that is, LOL.

My mostest favorite stripe of all on Cudas is the hockey stick, but I have to agree that V4 stripe in silver might just be the ticket. Just get ole Andrew to do some magic photshop art with both stripes in the color you'd prefer, that will give you a definate concept of the look. But honestly 4C I had to bite my tongue last year at Carlilse to not ask why you hadn't put a stripe on, sorry. I really do beleive something like this would be a good positive addition to an already beautiful car.

It's OK WSM . . the reason is because the paint wasn't finished yet.  Now that the paint is finished and buffed . . . a stripe is needed!  Need to figure it out because I want it complete before Carlisle.

Different ? 4C I don't know what it is like where you live, but I don't even see E-bodies around here,
let alone Hockey stripes......and a VERT !!!

outside of maybe a Mopar car show.... it is "DIFFERENT"

Personally I love the 72 stripe, but I dont think I could live with it on a '70, when you (and your Mopar savy peers) know that its not correct for the car.

Ive just bought a 74 and will be running a 72 stripe but it still feels just a little wrong, but 72s and 74s are so similar i can probably get away with it.

Im not a staunch traditionalist but the other day I saw a '71 for sale, still with dual headlights and 71 grille but done up as an AAR clone and it just didnt look right... and I wouldnt want people having that reaction to my car. 

Depends what makes you happy though and who your intended audience is... peer pressure is a strange thing.

You can be different with the V4 in white or silver or stay cool w/the hockey(never a bad choice).  The stripe you are looking at just isn't flattering, kind of like a 300 pound woman in a thong.

Dave, I feel Barry has the right idea with the V4 stripe done in white.  That'd give you an awesome look, plus you will have people guessing as to whether or not it left the factory with that stripe.

Hey 4c, if you want something sort of different how about the V4 stripe custom painted so it fades from front to rear, like white in the front fadeing to Panther Pink?

  Except the part about peer presure, our ole buddy Dave walks his own path, he likes others' opinion but what goes on that Cuda will be his decision, and made with utmost confidence that it is what he wants, and is best for the car.
