72 Chally Tail Panel Color????

I have a Rallye 72 Challenger with a black tail panel.  My question is I am figuring the rallye had black tail panels, but what did a regular 318 or 340 have?  Were they the same color as the body?  Just getting some ideas for when I'm ready to shoot paint.  Thanks guys.

As far as I know....

Aside from engine size, all the Rallyes came with a black tail panel, I think orangosol black or something like that.  The Rallye cars for '72 could have either a 318 as the base engine or 340 for the optional engine so either engine could have the black tail panel.

Non Rallye cars had the Argent silver tailpanel.  I don't think any '72 cars came through with a body color tail panel.

To get more technical, if you look at some of the original sales pictures, the black tail panel had argent silver tail light buckets.

I have only restored one 72 chally rallye, the owner has had it since 1976 and drove it to high school. I duplicated what I would believe to be a more-or-less
flat black finish to match WHAT WAS ON HIS CAR when I got it. 
What I can say about HIS car is that the black was NOT organisol. The insets for the taillamps are an argent color.  Hope this helps.
