    Who's driving up from the south?

    We ask this every year and so far, we've had to drive it solo.  Is anyone from the south driving up to Carlisle on Thursday 7/6?  If so, we can start a southern caravan!  :grinyes:

    That's it!!  It's the "Sweet Tea, Stop and Pee" Caravan!  :roflsmiley:  j/k folks.  I really only stop  when it's time to fill the hemi.  Anyone from GA driving up??

    Nope.  I haven't heard from Dawn since last year.  She usually pops in around Carlisle time. :dunno:

    I sent her a p/m and an e-mail a couple weeks ago..........? No response thus far, I hope she makes it, financially raising a teenage girl (2 by now,cause Michael was 12 ? ) and a young boy sure has to be a big task for a single mom. Hopefully she will be in touch with us here, and remember last year she was a bit late deciding she could make it again.

     :bananasmi Uhm, that would be us! I replied last year but never got a response :dunno:. We are leaving home (Newberry, SC) about 5:30AM on the 6th and hope to be on the other side of Charlotte, NC via I-77 N by 7:30 AM. Do you want to meet somewhere above Charlotte? :burnout:

    Woohoo!!! Now we got us the beginnings of a caravan!!  Yeah, we'll meet up with you!  I'll have to dig out my maps and see where that's at, but 7:30 is very doable!

    I'm coming from the south (VA), but since I am less than 3 hrs from Carlisle, I'm not leaving til Fri morning.  See you up there!! :bigsmile:
