What's a good price?

I have this up for auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290001732807
As frequently happens, I've been contacted with an offer to end the auction early. Can I get some feedback about a good price? The switches all work, the wiper switch is a three-speed. The only real issue is the wood-grained trim plate, which is detached, and has some marring on two of the switch labels revealing chrome underneath.

Yea 50-60 is what they go for, but if you do not need the woodgrain/ralley panel the black ones sometimes bring half that.

Thanks. That's about what I was thinking and in the ballpark of what he's offering.
