Where to find L A R G E tires?

I've been looking around online for a while now and can't seem to locate the tire sizes that I want for my Challenger.

In front I want to use a 245/40-R17. No problem finding that size, but the real problem is finding a matching rear tire in 345/35-R17.

Any ideas where to look?

BTW: The car has been mini-tubbed and I am going to install the 3" spring relocation kit (before the new tires go obviously ).

I just looked at their entire selection and the closest tire I can find is a Hoosier Drag Radial at 335/35R17. There are no matching front tires though. Next closest is a M+H Drag Radial that is a 390/40R17. Once again, no matching front tire.

Oh ya, I should probably mention that this car is going to be a daily driver. I'd rather not use Drag tires if I can help it. I'd prefer something more along the lines of a G-force KDW/KDWS type tire.

A friend over on Moparnuts gave me a link to TireRack as well. He found me these Michelin Pilot Sports in 335/35r17 and 245/45R17's.

Downside is that a set of front and rears will cost $1,158. Then I still have to find a 17X12 rim for the rear.

I was thinking of going with the Cragar Soft 8's but the rear wouldn't be wide enough. They only come in 8" and 9" widths on the 17" rims. I'd need to have 3" added to the width of the rear rims to make them work with these 335's.

Has anyone here dealt with getting a rim widened? If so, how did it turn out?

American Racing will custom build you a rim in whatever backspace and size you want, at least for the Torque Thrust 2 and 200S, maybe others.  I have talked to some tire dealers about this, as I plan on mini tubbing my car as well, but don't want to narrow the axles.  Of course, it costs a little more.  You might also check out Wheel Vintiques, or Forgeline.  Also look at Discount Tires Direct for tires.

I don't know for sure how wide they are but I am going with the new Mickey Thompson S/R radials. They come in at least 12" wide tread so that means the sidewalls are larger. They are also (what else) radials which make old muscle waaaaaayyyyyyy better to drive. If you want to drag take a set of drag slicks on rims with you and change at the track.

I'm going to use the steel Cragar Soft 8's so I can have them modified them easier. I called Stockton Wheel yesterday and they said it wouldn't be any problem to widen those rims from 17X9 out to 17X12. Once I'm happy with the fit I'll start looking for a set of aluminum rims that will match the steelies. Then I can just swap the tires over to the aluminum wheels and save the steel wheels for mounting burnout tires.
