Dark Blue
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Thanx CODY, do you mean B7 blue? I know the bumblbee is painted.  I know that the V6B code is the light-blue (B5) longitude reflective-tape stripe.

The book lists it like this....

V9D = Sport Stripes ... hold on one sec.

The book list "D" as a 69 color stripe only.  Could it be a "B" instead?  Is the car a EB5 color?

The car is EB3 Ice Blue with what looks like a V9B code but the picture is fuzzy and the owner says its V9D.  The cat is a '70 R/T Challenger.

I know the owner can see it and I can't, but I'm going to suggest taking a closer look at it.  It most likely is V9B (Light Blue Bumble bee Stripe)

There have been a couple Challengers show up with V9 codes that were not "offered" in '70, so based on that a V9D may be possible? I would love to see photos of the car and tag. Does he have a broadcast sheet for it as well?

The VIN number, 100670 is that a real low number Barry? Like one of the first off the line?  :dunno:

I agree on the EB3 and EB5 on the stripe color, the tag shot is a bit fuzzy but better than the photo I had of it previously. It looks like V9B, and the would fit with the one of three known claim.

Carl, the VINs started at 100001, but they were not built in order, so there is now real way to know which car it was off the line.
