Some More Photos of Lucy in the 1980's
« on: July 12, 2006 - 01:57:03 AM »

A couple more photos of Lucy. A friend on my NZ Mopar Forum asked if I used to have a "funny" wing on the back.
I said, "A-huh, sure did" he said he may have a couple of photos of the car. Sure enough, he did.

They were taken somewhere between 1984-1989. I am just waiting for some dates or where it was spotted to properly calculate the exact year and possibly owner at the time. One is parked up and the other is in action on the race track. The track is Thunderpark Raceway but I am waiting for confirmation....very awesome to see.......

Cheers,
Carl

That's great N.Z.  :bananasmi

I would love to have pics of my car from the 80's... but they would probably pictures of it sitting in a barn.

Thanks everyone, we should start a thread called: "Old Car Photos" or something where members can post photos of their cars from ages ago. I know I have seen either TC or someone with 70's photos when they got the car!!

It's just cool to see the car you now own 20+ years ago, see how she looked to when I got her etc......

That's a shame, sorry to hear that. I'm glad previous owners or people did and kept them.
I'm doing my part, I must have about 500 photos of Lucy and I'll do the same with the Cuda.

Yip, I'm keeping Lucy for ever too. The Cuda not too sure yet.

It's good when the previous owner gives you a folder or bag full of invoices, tags, papers, like a mini-Christmas!!

Its amazing how you have old pictures of your car like that.  Someone else knew about your car before you did.  Amazing, great action picture too
