    5.7 CA cuda project

    Hello all, its a long story but, after all these years finally a cuda owner! Its a 74 w/ a 318, soon to be a 5.7 500 hp hemi. found some interesting info on the web but it has to be clear what im in for. I know it will cost $$ but to me it is going to be worth it. Seems the auto tranny will be the main problem. I heard a 6 speed viper will work? That would be cool. Any input will help. Thanks

    Welcome to the site, 7406Hemi!!!! :wave:  You have a very cool project underway!  There's been a couple people here who did the new Hemi swap, so be sure to ask any questions you may have under the Engines section of this forum and you should get all the answers you may need. :2thumbs:

    Welcome to the site. Sounds like a great project to put a 5.7 500 HP motor in a Cuda. Keep us posted and ask any questions you may have.

    Welcome. Im doing that fun myself, first i thought i use a the 5 speed that sits in Durango 2w but that dident work to good, i think i go with a 4 speed while im at it :burnout:
