I think that you are looking at the caster/camber correction bushings from MOOG. After years of use, alignment problems popped up on unibodies not allowing enough adjustment with the factory cams. Offset bushings are put in to get a little more adjustment by pressing in the bushings with the hole either offset to the inside or outside depending on what was needed to align the front wheels. I put a set in my upper control arms when I rebuilt them in the '80s. Ask any "old Style" auto parts store to look up upper control arm bushings for a Chal or Cuda and they'll see the "special" offset bushings.
