I have changed jets in the carb, and still cannot get my car to run any richer. Right now it is running way too lean and that isnt good. is this a fuel problem?

could be vacuum leak or low floatlevel or still too small of jets ...what is your setup and size of carb and jet size

Sounds like the floats are to low or it could be the fuel pressure is to low,you need to list carb type.
