Ouch!!  :scared:

Really, it all depends on the issue of rust. If it is only minor, then this won't be a bad project, it's just a little scary to see a project selling for 60K. Have you seen pictures of it?

I know a guy who just sold a 70 Challenger R/T vert. Pretty much rust free but needed a complete resto. His asking was 60K ended up selling for 43K

In his defense, he E-Mailed me pics. Body is in primer. Doesn't look bad. Interior needs total work. Engine looks yucky, and I wonder if it even runs. Most definitely not a 440 6-pack car.

Let's debate this for him.  I would love this car at 40K. The resto was started. Underneath looks good. I just think this is a reach for 60K. Anyone else?   :dunno:

Right now today.... to much money.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

:poopoke:  I own a 70 convertible and believe me when I say it will cost 10K - 15K to finish the car.  When your done will it be worth $80K in today's dollars.  I have to agree with the others you really want a more finished product than what your currently looking at.  Just because someone puts a high value on something doesn't neccessarily make it worth that.   :smilielol: There are some really knowledgible people in this forum and they could give you leads to something you could start enjoying five minutes after buying for that price.  :2thumbs:

Wow, that does seem like a good deal.  The other one is way too high IMO.  There is also a 'Cuda vert on ebay for under $50,000.
