pick me a double pumper

Here is a pic of mine . It is a Holley 750 DP but for the life of me I can't remember the part #

That's not a double pumper, it's a vacuum secondary carb. You can just see the vacuum pod on the passenger side of the carb, and the rear fuel bowl has a metering plate, not a metering block. All double pumpers have metering blocks on both front and rear bowls.

I would recommend either the model Chryco mentioned or a 750 dual line. double pumper.  I run 2 of the 4150 series 750 DL-DP carbs on the Beast and they are VERY responsive, idle well, easily tuneable, and run like a scalded dawg!

thanks guys i went with a 750 dp #4779  its a little rich to start but i havent had time to play with it yet. i will say it looks damn good on the little 340. i 'm new to tuning so whats the best book on holley dps? looking for street tuning more than all drags.
