My impression from the comments on these sites is that the Edelbrock are not worth it? For kind of money you may want to go with Bull dog heads...I would do a few searches on heads in this forum. you will come up with alot of info on heads.

"Bad" customer service from INDY ?

Best way around that, is to locate an INDY Dealer, who purchase only "rough" unfinished castings from INDY, then do the work themselves.
The work, and "final product/service", is FAR superior, albeit, it is still INDY stuff, just done RIGHT !

Thats what I've been doing, for over 10 yrs now, as an authorized INDY Dealer.
The BUCK stops WITH ME ! As it should be.

Look around in your area, lots of guys/INDY Dealers like myself, who choose to do it this way. The INDY stuff is still "the ****", it's just nobody likes to "warranty" someone else's work/service, in this case INDY's.

Just my 2 cents, phone INDY and locate the closest Dealer in your area.

Find an Independant who carries the INDY stuff, but does the work themselves, or, get whatever shop you deal with, to buy the stuff "rough & unfinished", and do the work, "sidestep" the INDY service thing.

I don't think anyone can argue that the INDY castings, offer some of the best performance potential on the market, it's just their SERVICE that sucks from what I've heard ? or anybody NOT like the INDY stuff who's actually used it ?

At one point I was looking into a set of Bull Dog Track Dog heads, and was talking to someone in sales for a 440 build, 700 horse power, streetable, pump gas, no supercharger/turbocharger, nor NOX.... I think at that point there was something going on about if they were either open or closed..... IMO, if they've closed, based on what I've heard about them, that su***.......
