1970 dodge challenger western sport specail for sale. just a little info on these there were just over 1000 of the ever made. and 99.9999% were made at the LA assembly plant. thats what makes this car even more rare. it was made at the Hamtramck, MI plant. this car is 1 of 6 know western sport specials made at the dodge main plant. i have all the documentation out of the car (build sheet, fender tag, etc.)
i even found a build sheet out of a convertible challenger in my car. the vin is JH23G0B382724. and here is the trim tag data V5X Y05 26 EN1 H51 M21 M25 M31 M95 R11 V1W A63 A91 C16 C55 G34 EB3 H6B5 000 617 165766 E44 D31 JH23 GOB 382724. this car is more rare than a hemi challenger!!! here is what the western sport special package had. Western Sport Special Group (A91 , released mid-Dec. '69 to Los Angeles and San Francisco regions) Western Sport Special Decal, Vinyl Roof, Wood grain Instrument Panel Applique, Remote Control Mirror, Rim Blow Steering Wheel, Sill Moulding, Belt Moulding, Front Splash Pan Scoop, Cowl Moulding, Rear Astrotone Applique, Pedals Dress-Up, Bumper Guards w/Rubber Inserts, F78xl4-inch WSW Tires, Rallye Wheels, Engine Choices: 225, 318, 340 or 383. this car also has factory ac, bucket seats, console. the car itself is pretty rough. it will need all new floors and new trunk floor, body not too bad will need some rust repair, missing passenger door, no motor or trans, no radiator, missing a few other things. email with questions. will attach some photos on here as soon as i can. reagular R/T's sell for more than $10k on ebay in the same shape, but i must sell this one so i will take $8500 obo or trade for something cool

Love those 70's Challengers!  Can we see some pics?  I didn't want to have to use this.... but  :useless:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Cool, 7th one that I have heard of now.    The Challenger 4 cars after yours is also a Hamtramck built WSS.

Can you please tell me the VIN on the broadcast sheet you found? I can look and see if I know who owns that car, maybe we can get it to the owner.

Thanks!
Barry

Oh, OK, your name is Dan, right? I have not heard of the car the sheet matches yet, but I would like a copy or scan of the sheet if possible? Or you can send the original in and I can advertise it and hope the owner claims it that way, up to you.

Thanks!
Barry

It was the bargin priced Challenger.  Little things were taken out to keep the price down.... like the rear passinger windows didn't roll down.  They are pretty hard to find.

yes it was a bargin priced challenger but it did have most of the SE options added on. this one actually had some pretty good options. not a racer but would have been fun to cruise in new. oh and my rear windows do roll down.

Your thinking of a Deputy A93 package that had fixed rear windows.
