Thank's guy's. inot2old was that the 70 challenger in red oxide primer that you posted a while back?-----the clown

Yeah, it's the same one.  I have stripped everything out of it now.  I am going to cut the trans tunnel out to use in my project car and see if I can sell any other sheet metal, (somebody already said they might want the cowl).
Good luck with your project.  We got our Chally projects on the same weekend, it looks like you have done a lot more than me, but I'm not going to try doing it all myself.  I need to finish stripping the interior, then take it to a body guy.  Luckily, I don't think I need as much body work as you do.

Wow, that's some crazy work!!! :faint:  It's very cool you're taking the extra effort to keep the car what it truly was from the factory and not fall into temptation to do up the '72 using the '70's parts. :2thumbs:

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I will post some photo's of the cutters that I have later today, one of them is like that from the link that Cody has.But my favorite is made by blue point because it saves time because it has the drill bit on it and it mills out the weld rather than cut around it.

Hello to all.gb623 the first photo is of the spotweld cutter that I really like, some may say its pricey but as tools go you get what you pay for.And that cutter is still going and its cut out at least 1000 spotwelds, and the drill bit thats in it can be replaced.I bought it from Snap on, broke it and he replaced it no questions asked.Today is the light at the end of the tunnel because I got the front rails fully exposed and the forcast is for rain showers all weekend.I hope to get the front frame rails prepared for my challenger and clean the disaster of a garage up.My green friend has been watching over this whole deal but hasn't said a thing---HHHHHEEEEHHHHHAAAA-------the clown

Yes I did and a good friend is allowing me the use of his frame books.Had to take a couple of days off from this, slight eye injury.Had to have a steel sliver removed from my eye.A kid where I work did the ratfink and gave it to me ,one of my favorite things in my garage.
