Well.. as you may or may not have read in my threat "The Norwegian Cuda" I've been working to get the car ready for this show. And I made it thanks to the help of some good friends. I didn't get the wipers to work, and didn't get all the blackout painting and AAR stipes done, but I made it. The trip from where I live to Trondheim is about 250 miles. Here are the pictures.
This is the first stop, In Steinkjær, some 167 miles from my starting point. We needed gas and refreshments. My Barracuda, and my twinbrothers '69 Mustang.
Of course Fix Or Repair Daily had some problems
Mopar was running strong.
This is the next day, when we had arived in Trondheim, picked up the cars at the parking garage. I got great feedback on the car.
Here I am, cruisin' the highway.
My bro tried to get some in speed shots.
Another, can't wait for the stripes!
Then he was overtaken!
I parked on the city square next to a Viper GTS.
This Challenger is owned by a friend of mine.
Then this bad boy came along, 1971 Hemi'Cuda.
An orginal 340 'Cuda, restored two years ago.
Got to love the billboards!
This 408 stroker sitting in a '68 Barracuda that won the dragracing event (1/8mile).
This is the Barracuda and the driver, Yes she's female, does the wrenching herself and beat the boys at their game!
She had a warning on her car.
The other 70 'Cuda on the show was a 440 Six Pack. An orginal 383 'Cuda.
The Prowler was one cool. Really rare here in Norway.
Here we are returning home after a fun weekend. The guy with the Red 'Cuda lives even farther north than me, so we tried to drive together up north.
Last picture. My brother in the background in his TCP shirt. (He got TCP suspension on the Mustang too, great driver.)
