been lurkin...thought I'd chime in! :)
« on: August 20, 2006 - 09:05:02 PM »
I've been lurkin around here awhile and just thought I'd say Hi! anyone thats been around other boards may already know me? looks like you guys have a really good site going here! hope I can maybe add something from time to time!? lol! my car is a 70 cuda' factory 383 ,console shift 727, 3.55 suregrip, with some modifications ..etc.(by the way the fender "gills" on the cuda are stickers from mocarz. I stuck them on for fun at a big mopar show...liked them! and never removed them! I still have people rub their fingers over them and shake their head.while I set back watch and laugh)! I also have a few other cars including a all blue lowered 71 newport sled and a under construction 76 four door extended cab x-marine shortbed 4x4 thats going slow but gets worked on from time to time between  "real" work!  I look forward to chattin with you guys!  later......KC!

Thanks for all the complements on the car! I like it alot and its always been very dependable! ideling through the longest and hottest cruises at 180 no matter what! lol! I've had others that would go a half block and I'd have to turn off the drag and take a two block cool down then get back in line....not fun!

what up rusty!... you over here por'n too? lol! nice to see you get around too! and anytime your ready on those parts just yell buddy!!

71340RT.....yeah I see why you like the color!..lol..those are some nice rides you have!

Rev-it-up!...I have a starter and alternator repair/restore business...also truck acsessories and custom vinyl graphics as a side. anything to keep the mopar habit alive......yano!?  :burnout:

thanks falcon50flier! ....nice to be here! nice hemi by the way! hows those twin eddies workin out for you? they look like the thunder series? I used to run twin eddies (some of the first ones) on my charger race car. man did I have trouble getting them not to bog! just wondering if the newer once have improved? I sold that car so all mine are singles now running mostly speed demons.

this setup works nice, the thunder AVS has a very simple spring preload adjustment to set the secondary air valve tip in. Couldn't be easier to tune out bogs..
