did all Tuff wheels come with the foam grip, or were they also available in leather? thanks

Only foam, but I've seen people put leather grips(covers) on them.

the Tuff wheel was available in leather in later year cars approx 75-82 or so

Weren't most of them on the Lil Red's?
By the way, the repro wheels are excellent value for money. I got a NOS for the Challenger and a repro for the 'Cuda and to tell you the truth I like 'em both. The NOS of course looks a little better/correct but not by much.
