Nice work!

What extent of repair work did you have to do by the A-pillar?

Can I ask a favor?
Could you post a pic of the factory lap-joint seam on the C-pillar as it intersects the quarter panel?

I will be de-skinning my roof int he next couple of weeks and I want to see whick comes first, the quarter or the roof.

Much thanks in advance!

:working: Dmz73,on the a pillar i scrapped all the old seam sealer off, removed the door hinges to rebuild and also cleanup the surronding area where the hinges were mounted, then sand blasted the entire area with silica sand.sand blasting makes one heck of a mess but nothing can beat it if you want to get every pit clean of rust.  :clapping: if you need any other pics, let me know and i will post some more.  hopefully one of these pics are what you were looking for.......dave............

 jb623,all i use for sandblasting is the gun type suctionfeed with around a  4 ft hose into a icecream pail full of silica sand.works fairly good but makes a heck of a mess.  :pullinghair:

 gonna post a few more pics on this wasn't happy with the factory seam sealer on the a post.took it down to bare metal and repainted it.you all know about the factory sealer, man they never primed under there before doing it.i'm talking about anywhere on the car,so for those of you that don't know member to scrap and prime all area's where theres metal joint's cause ,trust me there will be some kind of rust under the sealer.anyway a couple pics, later --dave---  :burnout: love this icon

Dave - Could you post more detailed pictures around the edges of the windshield? Yours looks like it's in great shape. I'll need to fab some pieces up for mine and what's left isn't giving me a very good idea of shape.  :swear:
The bottom corners and the front edge are my main worries.

Looking good, by the way!
