I like the idea of the wheel design but they need to be smaller , ithink they would look awesome in a 15" Size

I really want to like this car, but.....
1-Wheels overwhelm the classic ebody line
2-Engine compartment blacked out.....
3-Better w/ a clean break between the yellow and black lines....silver is over kill.

Looks like a non-Mopar minds-eye of what a custom Mopar should look like. It'll look dated within 3 years. And I really do want to like this car, but I just can't. Maybe they should have tried a Mod-Top.......

I only like big wheels on these cars if there is a reason for it, such as big brakes for racing... So with that in mind, the biggest I would do is 17", that will clear 13" rotors with 6 piston calipers. Just my 2cents.

I have to agree, the foose design on a mopar just does not do mopar justice. I also agree that they missed it with the black engine bay, Just looked out of place.

Isn't the engine compartment supposed to be body color?  Bottom of car is black right?  I'm cunfused as to what color you would all like there. :stirpot:

Well, my engine bay is painted but bottom of car is black. I like Foose, for the most part like the Challenger but not everything he did with it. Need to take the car for what it is............more of a day two car with newer styling.

IMHO that Challenger doesn't hold a candle to the LSD Cuda

Door panels sure do look like Cuda one's.

Thanks Cudahub, not everyone appreciates this car and that's okay. Just figured I continue in the "different" direction the second owner started. Need to get this car done so I can enjoy driving it.

I agree that chally is Not very appealing!! The paint job is the SAME one he put on that green one! OMG and take a look at the pedals! :eek4: also what is up with the ashtray?  :dunno: The engine compartment looks ok but I agree he should have re-thought the black color!! also what is with the RED wires!! they stick out like a sore thumb! he should have definately picked a different color for those!!  The pattern of the seats and that steering wheel both SUCK  :puke: my  :2cents:

Love the Cuda.... but a Fram on a Hemi!  Isn't that like putting a wart on the Mona Lisa?  :clueless:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Yeah, not a fan of Fram filters myself. Need to call Arruzza and see why he likes them. The Hemi is a 511.

I think Unique should stick to building Eleanor mustangs and Dynacorn bodied camaro repops! As fars as Chip's touches to the car, I agree the big wheels and rubber end up detracting from the the Chall lines (along with the stripe treatment).

IMHO, the engine and underhood detailing is an abomination for a Mopar.

At the mega-$s Unique is going to sell these things for (run of 25?), it will prove that taste and money don't necessarily go together..

Top Banana will give it a spanking too.

I like Foose and some of his cars are awesome looking. But not the Chally, I have not seen it in person. Judging by the pics he didnt know what he was working on, a Cuda or a Challenger a 1970 or a 1971.......... :roflsmiley:
Give the mopar some roots when restoring it. :2cents: :2thumbs:

Not feeling the paint job (stripe in particular). The wheels are too much chrome for my taste too. I'd have gone with a gunmetal/matte finish for the center and the chrome on the wheel lip.

In general, nice damn car though.
