Any auto parts/body supply store should have a selection of lock repair panels, basically a 2"x2" piece with the lock hole in the middle.

Thanks,I never thought I could buy it over the counter. When i bought the car i bought a whole extra tail panel just for the lock hole.It seems a shame to cut it up just for that,I'm sure someone could use it on their ride.

The other option is to just weld it up,hole saw it, file and dremel tool the notches to fit.

I think the latter is a better option, after i looked at the keyhole its kind of recessed,I doubt the body shop supply would have a recessed keyhole like on chally's

I`m not they if they have an exact match but they do have recessed trunk styles, worth checking into.

Marine tech is bassicly what they use on boats but it does wonders on old cars. You can buy it at an auto body supply shop if its a good one or go to a marina. It does work fantasticly on repairs such as yours.

The front pillar area can be repaired with fabricated pieces. Just cut out the old stuff, disect it, and then build new pieces from scratch.

Eastwood's offers a die used to straighten out trunk key holes. Worst case scenario is you would have to weld up the perimeter of the existing key hole and then use the die to get the shape back.
