'Gonna fix it up one of these days'
« on: September 06, 2006 - 06:17:12 AM »
I could just scream. Visiting my father in law in Wisconsin and his neighbor has this bad boy sinking into the ground in his barn.
I've been having a difficult time posting a pic so hope this turns out OK. The rest of the car has even more bird sh*# on it but all in all it looks in excellent shape.

UGH!!   :22yikes:

I'm surprised the bird droppings haven't eaten it away.

Is that car in Southern Wisconsin, cause if it is.... I've seen it before.  I also know of a green 71 GTX sitting out in southern WI.

:iagree: That bird crap is corrosive! How much effort would it take to give a wash and cover it at least.

Man, that's a sad site.  I like the colr though.  (Of the car, not the poop!)

I would just offer the guy to wash the car for free just for the sake of saving another Mopar before it turns into literally a piece of crap car.  Maybe he might consider you if he does sell it one day.

 :swear:

i hate it when that happens.  my aunt has my grandma's old (completely stock) 72 chevy monte carlo that she's supposed to be restoring but none of us have seen it in a couple of years so we dont know.  cars in barns make me sad.
