Big Block Intake - Casting # P4532757 Can anyone help decode?

I've been trying to find information online about this intake I have and can't find it anywhere. I think it may be for early model Stage VI heads.  Can anyone find a reference or have any info on it?

I don`t have my older MP catalogs handy but I cannot find anything on it in what I have

i checked 3 lists I have and it didnt show up there either

I am thinking that it isn't a production type casting number.  Maybe it was just used for the MP crate engines?  Any ideas?

P # are performamce parts only so I doubt it will show up in normal casting # references
