Are 833 shift rod levers the same on B and E-bodies?

I know the rods are different, but are the levers interchangeable?

yes & no the the levers are usually shorter on the 68-70 B bodys to shorten the throw of the extra long pistol grip , so they are different BUt can be used in a E body & it will shorten the throw there slightly as well

E Body's also had to different sets of levers, the later ones were used on T/A's and AAR's and also shorten the throw.
