Those are 72-74 gauges.

Yes, the guages aren't 70.  I was told they were form a 73.  Now I am hunting a horn relay.   Advance Auto shows it on their site but doesn't have in stock and can't order.   Only about $6.00 but not available.

Thanks Sleepy.  I looked up the 73 relay on that site since the 70 and 73 is different.  They also have it as a discontinued part.   I think the only thing wrong with mine is the cover is missing.  But I will test it.

All guages are now working. Even the fuel.   Dash cap installed.  I think it looks good.   Only problem now is  the backup light in on in any direction.  Off in park and neutral but on otherwise.    Now I have to put the windshield in, start on the carpet, seats, door panels, and headliner.  Still have to order the headliner material though.  May have to buy a new carb, since it is still running a little rough.  BUT, the more I drive it it seems to be leveling out some??

My RTSE was also built in LA. Build date was 10-11-69.

I got a 10-69 build date also but don't know the day.  I only have the original vin # from the old door that was replaced.  They must be close though.
