Just an update...............The car seems to be running better.  Starts easier and isn't as cold natured as I thought.  Just needed running.  For some not so good news........My web site is  down for a little while.  Hunting a new server.   I will update the new address when it becomes available.   Happy motoring...........I think that is the old ESSO slogan.

Wade......Thanks for the drawing.  That looks like the 70 version that SleepyChallenger sent to me too.  In fact he sent the entire manual on a CD.  I got lucky.  There certainly  are a bunch of good people on this forum.   I am so glad I joined and enjoy all the posts and pics that everyone posts........Cruising.........Nothing like it .   Back in 70 it was just like today, just a method of transportation.......but now we realize that we didn't even know what we had back then.

Guess you guys thought Elvis had left the building.   Well out riding and had to hit the brakes sort of hard the other day.  My next project is putting on new shoes.   Nothing happened except a hard pull to the right.  I hadn't really checked the front ones and I should have.

Disc brakes will have to wait.  I planted  some new shrubs today after moving some from in front of the house to the side.  Compacta around here does well but then it seems to get some dead spots in it and I had to move 4 that were still good and destroy 2.  Then had to plant 10 smaller plants in their place.  Plus mulch, water etc.  Anyway.......  I put new shoes on the front and adjusted them up.  Now I have a much better pedal.  Anyway still doing some :working: :working: :working:
