Went to the New Hope Church Car Show today.........I guess the engine work paid off..............First place in the pre 80s class....... :bigsmile:

That looks a heck of alot better!!

You could probably pull the wiper motor and match that little area pretty easlily. They did a darn good job with leaving the motor in though!

Took the air filter off to do a little work on the choke cable and found that even the carb was cleaned when he did the engine detail.......That air cleaner sure hides a lot of stuff...........

I only know of one other Challenger in the county and he isn't working on it but should be.    Its a 73......

All this time I never realized you lived in Rockingham NC.   I just moved from southern VA to Thomasville NC.

We aren't that far apart.   Quapman is in Ramseur........and works in Asheboro.  There are a few of us around..........

There will be a race at the Rockingham  track on the 27th.......Polar Bear 150... The Richmond Cruisers will be parked out front of the track and then about race time, we get to take our cars in and do a parade lap before the race starts.   The last 2 races have started over 60 cars and can start up to 99 cars.   The scene is wild watching them start 3 wide............. :burnout: :burnout:
