I have been very busy, but now I can start working again. My new 383 block based 489 cid engine is almost ready and I'm prepairing engine bay. Steering box is FFI Stage 3.

BTW, I'm pretty confused. MP Brakes promised that their disc brake sets clears 15" wheels. Well, front is OK but rear brakes doesn't clear 15" Rallye Wheels :villagers: What now?? Maybe Vintage Wheel Works V40 or...???

Problem solved. What do think about my new wheels....:roflsmiley:

That has got to be about the cleanest restoration I have ever seen. I know you are making a stroker engine but I still call it a restoration not restomod. That is going to be an eye scorcher when you roll it out.   :burnout:

Thanks bb71. Don't worry about stroker engine. I still have my untouched #match 2bbl 383 cid.

Steering column installed. I have Woodgrain and Rim Blow, but I quess that my choice is something smaller like XV Motorsport steering wheel or red tuff wheel.

By the way. What is the cost of Rim Blow restoration?

Beautiful, that really pops!!! :drool: I've always liked the woodgrain treatment to a non-Rallye dash :thumbsup:

I got the wheels and tires;
Front 7x15, 235/60-15 BFG
Back 8.5x15, 275/60-15 BFG

I want some RACE -look and instead of center cups I'll use flat plates.

I can't wait my AAR -style stripes and side exhaust.
