I have been working all Eastern time with the car. Alone a slow progress but something has happened.

Connected battery first time. There was several problems with groundings but now all lights, horn, wipers, fan etc are working.

Got also some help and now new AAR hood is installed. Still waiting for correct springs for hinges to get it adjusted properly. Still wondering if I paint it red or black. What do you guys think about that?

I have done several other things as well. Hopefylly car is rolling tomorrow. It would be first time since 2003!!

:stomp:i would keep the hood black.hej nice battery, have you imported it or is there someone selling those in Norden.great finnish(muaha)on your car,i especially love the engine with the oem look.great.about the headlight/grill bucket C-trim,be carefull if you have to go repro,i got new repro buckets thru my insurance company and the trim on those do not look like originals, they are missing area/are thinner in the bends.no good.i dont know who made them.im searching trim to so i can go back to original buckets. :horse:

The car's really coming along nicely!  As for the AAR hood, I'd leave it matte black since the rest of the AAR theme is prevalent throughout the exterior.  Red would probably also look really nice, but it just looks more sinister being blacked out. ;)

good job there, I like the AAR hoods in black. But body color would be cool as well,  :clapping:

Hi, I imported that battery by myself. We are buying cars all the time from USA and we use those as a mule for our parts.

I go missing molding from a member of this forum.
