    Hello!

    I´ve always wanted to buy and restore a 1970 or 71´Challenger R/T. Next year I´m hoping to start realize that dream. But I live in Norway and not many cars suitable for a project exists here. I do not expect to get rich in the forseeable future so I´m in need of some information of what I can expect on a fairly modest budget; In what condition can I expect find a car of said model in on a budget of max 15k? And where would be the best place to look? I have tons of web pages the past two years, but I find mostly cars in very good\restored conditions and they are priced accordingly. Since I live so far away I cannot inspect the vehicle personally, but there are several companys who ca n do these things here so that wont be a problem.
    Appreciate any help on this matter.

    For 15K you will have many to pick from.  Lots of good projects under that!

    KTO nailed the best places and for 15k us$ you should get a decent car to start with,good luck.

    Yes! After hours of crawling through past posts something I'm knowledgeable about!

    I can't help with how to restore your baby, but regarding shipping her to you I've used a couple different auto shippers in the past. My favorite was https://www.a1autotransport.com/services/international-car-shipping.php. Used them for Paris ---> Boston and Boston--> London. The only other thing I'd say is to remember that a quote is not a contract. Which is to say, the price tag at the terminal may not be what you're quoted. Something to keep in mind.

    I admire your enthusiasm, but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that a dude who only posted once damn near a decade ago isn't coming back to read your helpful advice

    Since the original poster has not been back to the site in 10 years, they most likely will not get your helpful post.  But thank you for taking the type to post it.  Like many posts on here, it often helps others who are in the same situation.   :2thumbs:
