New here with a 73 challenger
« on: September 17, 2006 - 10:11:14 PM »
Hi i'm chris and from st. louis, mo. My dad and I are restoring a 1973 Challenger 340 Rallye. It is light gold with the buckskin top (dark tan) and black strobe stripes and black interior. We have the challenger and many other classic cars including: 70 Corvette special high performance package 350 4spd
69 pontiac gto judge
72 plymouth scamp 340 with tunnel ram
64 ford f-100 with a 306
64 chevy impala 283 white and chrome
my daily driver 94 twin turbo 351EFI cobra mustang with a tko-600 and 03 irs
01 GT mustang convert (mom's car)
and a couple work trucks

the challenger was the first thing my parents bought once they go married in 1981. it is factory colors and has many options including a/c, rear defrost, radio with microphone (console mount), and a few others i can't remember off hand. just wanted to say hi and i will try to get pics soon. The body and paint is done. The kiesler 5spd and barry grant six shooter are on the order list with the ccw 3pc wheels.     :drunk:

Hi Chris and welcome to the site. Your just across the river from me as I'm from southern IL. The Challenger should be a fine ride when it is completed. Make sure you post pictures when you get a chance so we can all check them out.
