ok I'll be the first one to go for it.........

so when do you want to pick up my first born?
hope you dont mind he is self dependable now.
what else do I own.....
oh yeah, my house title, car title, truck title,
dog with city licence, lawnmower, some handtools.
not much in my bank accounts.

well I just might have scrapped all of my self worth to
equall maybe to cost of the tires!

yeah right, maybe enough for the rubber that car leaves
on the ground in fourth gear!

Yes, I agree, you''ll likely need to rob a bank for the balance,(I know I would) but hey, it's about the best example of a true "survivor" 71 Hemi Cuda I've ever laid eyes on (and I've seen the small handful of others out there in person).

This car is a true one of a kind top of the pyramid example of a 71 Hemi Cuda plus it's still tittled in the original owners name with MASSIVE amounts of documentation. There are a grand total of 3 items that have been replaced on the entire car, the battery, the negative battery cable, and the oil filter, all other items are 100% original, tires, belts, hoses, plug wires, etc. are all 100% as delivered! Not to mention it's option package is OUTSTANDING! EV2, Hemi 4speed, console, Black leather interiro, PW!,PDB,PS,Rallye Dash,AM/FM,Rear Speakers, 15 x 7 Rallye's, Road Lamps, etc.

All in all a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who has the means to afford it.

NOW that is what the paint is SUPPOSED to look like.. not the 20k paint jobs out there. That's what they look like folks. Awesome car.. would take that condition.. every time over a high dollar resto.

How many time have u seen an orange shaker hemi car... Whadda beautiful car. Only thing is it will end up in a museum. I'd prefer to see it in a gravel garage w/ no windows. PLEASE NEVER sell that to an investor.

Cool..

man just think,
original price was what maybe 7k

keeping it for all these years with that investment of
the three new parts, battery= 100, cable= 10, oil filter= 6
so for the 116 investment = a quad zillion dollars more x = x %
man dont think I could count that high on the return back if
it was sold.

How does that car compare to this one? This was a find I read about a while back.

Both really nice cars.
Is there a Cuda-Challenger survivor registry? If not, there should be for cars like this.

Well Topcat, That would be a pretty small registry.

The real problem is that few of the well know "survivors" really deserve the title, I can only think of 5 1971 Cuda's including this orange one that truely qualify IMO, and some of them are boarder line IMO with all the paint touch up and detailing they've recieved.

Well even a Mopar musclecar survivor registry would be pretty neat. I agree that one persons point of view on what is a survivor and another's can be of different opinions.

There is an Orange 340 billboard 71 Cuda survivor in the bay area. A guy at a place called Dream Lot Garage in the peninsula of SFO bay area had it there. He's gone now and who knows where the car is now. Would like to find him and that car again.
