***URGENT- Non A/C Firewall mask needed

Sorry if I repeat this post but my project cannot continue until I have no answer to my problem...
I am converting my car from A/C to non A/C. And I need the exact measure and positions of the holes in the firewall for a non A/C setup. I have just bought on ebay a non A/C heater box and I will all do the modifications nedded to mount it. Plans, measures,...
Can you also please tell me what other items I will need? I already have the defrost duct (which I think is the same for both setups) and a non A/C heater control panel. What else do I need? Thank you very much for your help. By the way I have an A/C heater box to sell now! May be someone among you is trying to do the opposite..?!?

This is a difficult thing to communicate as there are no good landmarks to measure from but I have drawn (not to scale) with measurements to the center of openings. Motor opening approximately. 11cm  lower left 2cm upper right 2.5cm
The bolt holes were impossible to measure but to start with the bottom hole is 6cm below the center of the blower motor. I suggest that you make a cardboard template & match to your assembly, adjust and add the other two bolt holes & transfer that to your firewall.

I understand but I don't understand what you mean with "11cm lower left 2cm upper right 2,5cm"
because I don't see these measures in the picture...

OK there are two small openings for the heater tubes that are represented in the picture as two small black circles. The one in picture left and would be on the left viewed from the engine bay are on the passenger side. Added some + a pic. borrowed from Eviltwins post. His motor opening appears different than mine more oblong than perfectly round.
