I Removed my wiring harness last week to clean it up etc. and now I have to move the car. I put the harness back in along with the steering wheel - hooked up the steering wheel harness and went to start the cat - nothing! I also took out the inst. panel and all the instruments. Do I have to connect the amp meter wires together (since the amp meter is removed) to complete the starting circuit?? If I remember my H.S. electricity class - the amp meter is in series with the circuit and if not connected, the circuit will be open. what do you folks think???
