The filler peice just screws into the body around the plug.  The glass comes out just like the front...remove the trim and use a tool or piano wire to cut the adhesive around the glass.

Be careful.  As soon as the glass is out the fiberglass filler frame gets real weak and can break.

I removed my back glass ok.  I did not have the same luck with the windshield.  I now know to be careful with the frame too.  Thanks.

Unless you have a leak on the rear glass I would leave it in the frame and remove it from the car as an assembly.  This is one of those cases where if it isn't broke; don't fix it.  When I have taken the rear glass out, I have done it in the car; then removed the frame.  The car holds the frame in place.  If you have a way to secure the frame it would be easier to remove the glass outside of the car.

The reason I had to remove the glass was to be able to get to the clips that assisted in holding on the vinyl top.  That was also the case in the windshield area...

I would remove the entire plug with the window still in it.  After you remove the vinyl top, you should be able to see the screws that attach the plug to the body.  Just remove those and it should come right out.

I had forgotten about the clips for the top.  Do as Rev said and you will be fine.

I just took a little bit of the vinyl top off and seen the screws any one know how many clips there are  i have 7 clips are they to hold the vinyl top or for the trim piece.
The clips are all at the top, my trim pieces were held by silicone should there be clips at the bottom of the window. Also the filler piece is set in a little it has extra padding around the filler pice is this correct.

I don't remember how many clips we put in our's, but they are definately for the trim peices.  There should be clips all the way around the window at evenly spaced intervals.  The filler peice does set in a little bit and the extra padding is correct.  It helps to hide the line around the window plug.
