The aviation world has much better rivnuts available. In fact they look much like the originals with a large flange as compared to the new NAPA ones. Try www.aircraftspruce.com or

I checked the aircraft link, their rivnuts are aluminum. Using an aluminum rivnut in a steel door will lead to corrosion due to the two dis-similar metals.
