Mystery part

I found a plastic part behind my right rear side interior trim panel of my 70 chally conv. last night.  I can't seem to identify it.  The P/N is  3505351   649232.  Any help??

Let me guess, it's a black flat curved plastic about the size of your hand with a ribbed area across one edge for attaching it to something? Your top is a manual top right? That would be a mechanism cover to be installed when the top is down to hide the mechanism from view. Poorly designed part nearly never actually installed or used (there should be a right and left side BTW).

Sounds like the quarter panel water deflector, should be one on each side.

That's it!! - but I have a power top.  So where does it fit??

Plum has the name right.....I don't have a pic of where they go but when the top is down you'll see a gap between the sides of the mechanism between the quarter panel, it goes in that area. Real funky part, didn't really do much good even when installed properly.
